A little bit about me...
I want to share with you my personal story and the experiences that have shaped my interest in real estate. For over 20 years, I had the privilege of working for Stockton Unified School District, where I was deeply involved in union work focused on promoting equality, fair living wages, and fair labor practices. Through this work, I developed strong connections with local decision-makers and gained a deeper appreciation for our city and its potential.
During this time, I was exposed to the discussions of expansion and landownership with city officials, which sparked my interest in real estate. I was struck by the opportunities that homeownership can bring to families, creating a sense of stability and security for children. As a father of three myself, I understand the significance of a childhood home and how it can shape lifelong memories.
I am particularly drawn to the concept of "space" and its potential to guide families towards building lasting memories. Whether it's a newlywed's first home or a growing family's need for more room, I believe that homeownership can be a powerful catalyst for growth and happiness.
